Yes. IRCC lets you apply online from anywhere, and you can give biometrics at any VAC worldwide. What matters is that your legal stay in the UAE is clear when you visit the VAC. We’ll help you document that properly.
We’ll also time your VAC appointment (Dubai or Abu Dhabi) to your travel plans, and coordinate courier returns if you’re flying soon after stamping.
We act as your project manager: eligibility (eTA vs TRV), IRCC account setup or authorized-rep submission (IMM 5476), form completion, document indexing, VAC appointment, biometrics coaching, and passport-submission logistics. You get proactive updates until your passport is back.
Visit us at 408 Nasser Lootah Building, Bur Dubai or Office 301A, API Tower, Trade Center. We also offer free document pick-up & drop in nearby Dubai areas (and simple courier options if you’re farther away), so you can do most of the process from home.
Biometrics are valid for 10 years. If yours are still valid, IRCC may reuse them; if you want a document that outlasts your current biometrics, you can voluntarily give new biometrics at application time. We’ll check your validity window for you.
Either way, we’ll book the correct path (reuse vs. re-enrolment), so your visa validity isn’t unintentionally shortened by expiring biometrics.
If the officer doesn’t stamp a date in your passport, the default stay is up to 6 months from entry (unless your passport/biometrics expire earlier). You can ask for a stamp if you need clarity on your exit date.
Most visitors are considered for multiple-entry; We’ll structure your request realistically so it fits policy.
Biometrics are taken at the Canada VAC (VFS Global) — WAFI Mall, Umm Hurair 2, Dubai (Abu Dhabi also available). Appointments are mandatory, and the centre’s site lists hours and procedures.
IRCC notes biometrics appointments themselves are free (don’t pay third parties for a slot). If there’s no VAC in your country, you can use any other VAC worldwide—useful for frequent flyers. We’ll schedule and brief you.
Only after IRCC emails your passport request (PPR) do you submit your passport. In the UAE this is handled through VFS Global (WAFI Mall, Dubai / Abu Dhabi); some VACs use mail/courier-in only. We prepare your packet and labels exactly as the VAC page indicates.
We’ll also arrange courier delivery back to you once it’s stamped and released—end-to-end tracking, no guesswork.
Typical TRV sets include: valid passport, digital photo, proof of funds (bank statements/employment), purpose/itinerary (tourism/family/business), and civil status evidence where relevant. We tailor this to your nationality and purpose so evidence and story align.
We format and label uploads precisely for IRCC’s system and keep everything consistent with your DS-style answers to reduce back-and-forth. If IRCC asks for more, we respond promptly and track it for you.
Times vary by country and season. IRCC publishes current processing-time ranges; these don’t include the time to give biometrics. We’ll check the live estimate for your category before we book, then plan your submission date around your travel window.
Our role is to make your file complete and coherent so it can move without avoidable delays, then monitor status until decision and passport return.
You apply online on the official IRCC portal, then (in most cases) give biometrics at the Canada Visa Application Centre (VFS) in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. We’ll set up your IRCC account or act as your authorized representative (IMM 5476), complete forms, upload documents, and map your case to IRCC checklists so it’s first-time right.
After lodge, watch for your biometrics letter and later (if approved) a passport request (PPR). We book your VAC appointment, prepare you for biometrics, and guide passport submission/return exactly as IRCC/VFS instruct.
It depends on your passport: visa-exempt nationals flying to Canada use eTA; visa-required nationals need a visitor visa (TRV). We’ll check your nationality against IRCC’s rules and route you correctly before we start.
Either way, the process is online and we handle the heavy lifting (forms, uploads, appointment booking, and VAC logistics) while you prepare for travel.
